Horace Bagley was born In Brook-field, Brook-field, t., on Sept 20, 1811 and moved mov-ed to Iow a in 1846, w here Judge Bag-ley Bag-ley was born in 1848. Of late years the centenarian has Hv ed with his daughters in Lincoln, Neb. He hasibeen feeble for a number num-ber of years, 16 blind and almost deaf but his mental faculties are as keen as when he was 60. He recalls many of the great events of the century gone and his memory carries him back almost to the time when Napoleon Na-poleon was in his glory oo Submitted to Jury The suit of Kate Y Noble against P.
