Show Will Enumerate Persons Who Die After Census The explicit and lengthy printed In-itructlons In-itructlons to the census enumerators, tfblcb have been prepared by tbe United States census bureau, give a clear Idea to local enumerator of tbe inswers expected from the people of Ogden with regard lo the questions In the poulatlon schedule to be carried In flecennlal census April 15 next All answers are to have reference Kololy to the "census day," which Is April l.'i. Prisons living on that day, but who died alter it and before the enumerators rail, are to be counted, but persons bom after April are not to be included In tli count. Persons who were sintrle on April 15 aro to be reported as single, even though they have married subsequently and before Ihe canvn.svr has called. This Is true, similarly, of persons who became widowed wid-owed or divorced after April 15. The census law provides that all persona shall be enumerated at their "usual place of abode" on AprlilS. This nrc.ms tho place where they may bo Katd to live or belong or the place which is their home. As a rule, the usual place of abode Is not the place where a person works or where he eats, but where he regularly 6leeps. The enumerators are cautioned, however, how-ever, that where a man happens to sleep at the time of the enumeration may not be tho placo where he regularly regu-larly sleeps.
