Sheriff Behiap was in receipt of a letter yesterday from Thomas Warren, the Missourian whose mind was effected by the light atmosphere while passing through Ogden en route to Moscow, Idaho. The letter stated that Warren had reached m destination safely and he has fully recovered from the mental affliction with which he was taken at this place. It will be remembered that Warren had his son with him, a young man of about 10 years.
