Williams Wil-liams will be in charge of the affair. Promptly at noon Governor Henry H. Blood, Governor-elect Maw and other officers-elect will leave the governor's office, escorted escort-ed by the adjutant general and staff, and proceed to the space in front of the supreme courb chamber, where the ceremonies will begin at 12:15 p.m. The invocation will be offered by George Albert Smith, member of the council of the twelve apostles, apos-tles, of the L. D. S. church, and the oath will be administered to Dr. Mr - by David W. Moffat, chief justice of the supreme court. At the termination of the oath the new governor will be saluted by a platoon of the 145th field artillery, stationed back of the capital overlooking the city. The sound of the booming guns will be conveyed by a special device to the crowds Inside the building. The 145th field artillery band, seated In the center of the building build-ing under the dome, will then play the "Star Spangled Banner." At the conclusion of this portion por-tion of the ceremony the other officers-elect will be sworn in by Justice Moffat. They are: E. E. Monson, secretary of state; Eugene E. Pratt, supreme court justice; I Reese M. Reese, state auditor; Oli-I Oli-I ver G. Ellis, state treasurer; Gro-' Gro-' ver A. Giles, attorney general, and I Charles H.
