Jury Convicts Driver of Death Auto H. Claron Jensen, 19, of Hyrum, Wednesday was convicted of reckless reck-less driving in First district court after a two-day jury trial conducted con-ducted by Judge Marriner M. Morrison. He will be sentenced on Saturday at 10 a. m. Mr. Jensen was driver of en auto au-to which collided with a truck early , last New Year's day on U. S. highway 91 about two miles north of Smithfield. Madeline Baugh, 16 daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Parley Baugh of Hyrum who was riding with Mr. Jensen died later in a local hospital of injuries injur-ies sustained in the accident. The jury was out two-and-one-half hours Wednesday afternoon.
