Show Death Takes Prominent 1 Smithfield Residents James Edwin Sheen Funeral services for James Edwin Sheen, 81, Smithfield resident res-ident for 69 years who. died at his home in Simthfield early Wednesday after a long illness, will be conducted Saturday at Hannah E. B. Corbridge Mrs. Hannah Elizabeth Barlow Corbridge, 68, resident of Smith-field Smith-field for 33 years and an active . church worker, died Friday at the family home in Smithfield after a, long illness. I Mrs. Corbridge was born in Bountiful on November 20, 1874, a daughter of Ianthus and Hannah Wintle Barlow. She was married to W. E. Corbridge in the Salt Lake temple on September 21, I 1893. 2 p.m. in the Smithfield Second ward chapel by Bishop A. D. Weeks. ' Mrs. Sheen was born in Slater-ville Slater-ville on February 21, 1862, a son of James and Mary Jaynes Sheen. He married Eva Lemmon in the Logan LDS Temple on October 26. 1887. Survivors include rour of his five sons and daughters, Joseph Sheen of Logan, Mrs. Alvira Stephenson and Willis Sheen of Smithfield, and George Sheen of Winnemucca, Nevada; 15 grandchildren, grand-children, and two sisters, Mrs. Annie An-nie Moore of Ogden and Mrs. Mary Chesiere of Salt Lake City. Friends may call at the family home in Smithfield Saturday until un-til time of services. Burial will be in the Smithfield cemetery under direction of the W. Loyal Hall mortuary of Logan. Active in Smithfield churcn ana civic affairs, she was a member for many years of the Smithfield Second ward primary presidency. Survivors include her husband; six of her eight sons and daughters: daugh-ters: Mrs. Lovina Deppe and Ell-wood Ell-wood J. Corbridge of Smithfield, Mrs. Wyona Tibbets of Providence, Providen-ce, Mrs. Hilma Anderson of Tre-monton, Tre-monton, Louis J. Corbridge of Af-ton, Af-ton, Wyo., and Mrs. Gladys B. Napper of Whittier, Cal; 14 grand children and one great grandchild and five brothers: J. A., Jess H., and Oscar Barlow of Clearfield, Joseph Barlow of Los Angeles, Cal., and Theron Barlow of Gosh- |
