Show Alvin Bair to Lead Richmond Wildlife Group RICHMOND Alvin (Cub) Bair re-elected president of the North Cache Wildlife Federation at the annual election meeting. Others elected were: Henry Stocks, vice president, and Dean Andrus, secretaryrtreasurer.
