Aftershocks continued Monday as the .bodies were stretched out under palm trees in Tabas, the quake's epicenter. It was estimated that three-fourths of the city's 13,000 residents died in the earthquake, which registered 7.7 on the Richter scale. The quake was felt through two-thirds of the country and was said to be the strongest in the world so far this year and the most devastating in recent Iranian history. Managua, Nicaragua The last guerrilla strongholds were attacked by government forces Monday as troops were airlifted into positions around Esteli in northern Nicaragua. Esteli has been held by rebels since September 9. The towns of Masaya, Leon, Chinandega and Penas Blancas were recaptured earlier, with the national guard routing rebels led by guerrillas trying to depose President Anastasio Somoza. The guerrillas, headed by the Sandinista National Liberation Front, said they would attempt at-tempt to reclaim Penas Blancas and establish a provisional government and seek international .recognition. Milan, Italy Corrado Alunni, wanted in the kidnap-murder of former Premier Aldo Moro and reputed to be the new leader of the Red Brigades terrorist gang, was arrested last Wednesday Wed-nesday in Milan, police said. According to police, Alunni, 30, was caught by surprise in a terrorist hideout in a suburban residential district. Large amounts of firearms, ammunition and documents reportedly were found in the apartment. A financial and legal proposal will be presented that suggests an expansion of the Park City school district line so that those students attending Park City schools who are now considered con-sidered residents of the South Summit school district will become residents of Park City's school district The other proposal will be a draft bill to be submitted to the Utah legialature that will enable counties in the state with more than one school district to change the district boundaries if necessary. Currently, there is no legal mechanism by which counties coun-ties can do this. "Things are looking very well at this point," the superintendent said. Goodworth said most legislators do not see consolidation con-solidation as an issue and they see no trouble in adopting adop-ting the legislation. School Site Offered Park City's proposed new elementary school has a building site if an offer made by Partnership Investments, Inc. of Colorado is accepted by the school board. The Colorado company has offered to donate 10.4 acres near the W.C. Greenfield Green-field Nursery in the Snyder ville area for the School's lot. The school district share oi cost to contract Partnership Investments to provide roads and utilities will be $60,000.
