Hansen's first meeting, held last Wednesday afternoon after-noon at Marsac, featured a film called "The Animals Are Crying." "The movie makes me mad. It's about all the irresponsible people," Hansen Han-sen told the grade schoolers. The Park City dog catcher brought along two two-week old puppies whose mother had been dumped in Park City. After hanging around for two months, the stray finally bit someone and was quarantined.
