She advocated a "human rather than monstrous atmosphere." McComb responded that Skaggs is a "one-man operation and Sam Skaggs loves Park City." "I wonder how many people move up to Park City to escape from those things in the city," Larry Stokes commented. He said the Planning Commission has no right to limit the type of businesses but added that it could limit the size. Plans Following the conclusion of the Holiday Village public hearing, developer Rob Morris told the Planning Commission that his erouD is "eoing to work very hard" on the project's architecture. "I guess architectural approval is basically it," he commented. "It appears that architecture is one of the major problems," commission chairman Burnis Watts responded. Watts then said the commission wanted wan-ted to hold a separate meeting to consider con-sider approval of the shopping center. He told Morris to contact city planner Dave Preece when plans for the project were complete. "Give yourself plenty of time," Watts said. "We want all the information we can get." eslgn Coalition mtnoveo! imm (MM , m m 1 We're now located in the Mt.
