Bagley bought the 12,500-acre 12,500-acre ranch in June for $4.1 million from a "group of Dutch bankers, according to Dr. Gerald H. Bagley, head of the development firm. The development will be called "The Jeremy" - the name of the original owners. The ranch lies east of Parley's Summit to the north of Interstate 80.
