Show Board sets hearings on tax leeway vote The Juab School District Board of Education has set public hearings for their propos-y ed tax increase. The meetings will be held Tuesday, Aug. 28 at the Mona Elementary School; Thursday, Aug. 30 at the Levan Town Hall; and Wednesday, Sept. 5 at without a vote of the people under terms set by the state legislature If the board had imposed the increase without voter approval, all additional funds would have had to be used to decrease class size.
