' Lk' , .i -- LX ox 2608 Excessive speed was listed by Deputy Sheriff Greg Newton as the cause of the one-ca- r accident in Salt Creek canyon Saturday that claimed the lives of two young Nephi ladies, and put five other occupants of the car in various hospitals with serious injuries Deputy Sheriff Newton said the accident occured on Highway four miles east of Nephi, adjacent to the site of the former upper power plant Dead at the accident scene were Patty Jacobson, 14, daughter of Mr and Mrs C. W. (Chuck) Baxter of Nephi, and Mona Larsen, 13, daughter of Mr. and Mrs Robert Larsen, also of Nephi Injured and listed in fair condition Monday at the Juab County Hospital was Robert Larsen, Jr , 16 He suffered a broken knee cap, cuts, and abrasions Injured and in serious to critical condition at the Utah Valley Hospital in Provo are: Edison Robison, 16, son of Mr and Mrs Harold Robison, Wade Yates, 14, son of Mr and Mrs Dee Yates, Jon Landrum, son of Mrs Judy Landrum; and Teresa Palmer, daughter of Doris P.
