It is very home like and restful. Would you ever believe says Miss Cole, that little bit of work and scheming, a little money spent could change our small white plastered walled room into a place of beauty. Beautiful curtains have for the large windows on the North. A prety congoleum rug put on the floor. The table and cup board has been and var nished, like wise the large mirror frame. The once ugly brown screen is now one of the most picturesque and attractive articles in the room. The scene on the screen is a Holland landscape scene at sunset. The sky is aflame with the rays of the setting sun. The quaint home of the Dutch is very beautiful with the exquisite brilliant sky as a background. The windmills are on the bank of canal which reflects its likeness In its dark depths. The room is so cozy that it makes us girls proud of a home here in the school.
