The cost of the school was a new parking lot at Idle new LDS Church in Callao. The county road crew built the parking lot, said Randy county engineer and Fre-sto- n, administrator. "There is a stiff fine this year for any person caught speeding in a school zone," said Chad Bowles, chief.
