M. on the 2nd day of September, 1930. for the excavating, and for furnishing of material, labor, tools and equipment for and construction of a water storage tank at the location of the present tanks of Nephl City, as shown on plans and in specifications. Plans, specifications, proposal, contract and bond may be seen at the office of the City Recorder, or be obtained uixm deposit of the sum of $3.00. Separate bids must be made for the excavating work, and contract may be awarded therefor separately from the remainder called for.
