In order to offset this annual invasion ways and means for a systematic campaign should be waged by the people of this city. The memory of last summer with its millions of flies should be kept in mind. Right now is the time to begin active work. A bounty should be paid by the city and clubs of this community for every pint of flies caught between now and June fst. on the part of all citizens should also be enlisted to the end that every fly should be prompt ly swatted.
