I- At a meeting of the City Library Board held Tuesday evening it was decided to make a drive for Library Books in the near future and plans for the drive are now being carefully worked out by the Book Committee. The daily circulation is increasing and has now reached about 70. In addition many people visit the Library during the afternoons nd evenings to read books, magaz ines and newspapers. One of the big scoial problems of today is how to properly direct the leisure time of people. Tne band members and their parents have bought instruments to the value of $2,500, and it is felt by the com mittee having charge of the organiZ' ation that the public in general shou id now come forward and show their willingness to contribute enough to keep the band going. Everybody over 12 years of age is invited to this concert which takes place March 4th, free of charge.
