Fill buttered ramekin dishes or large flat baking dish with mixture. with cheese and Sprinkle crumbs and bake in hot oven (425 degrees) until crumbs are brown. Turkey Hash Moisten finely chopped cooked turkey with leftover gravy and add finely chopped parsley and pimento. Season to taste and cook in hot buttered omelet pan or shallow baking dish until thoroughly heated. Serve from baking dish or turn into serving dish and garnish with a border of mashed potatoes, peas, and a few broiled pork sausages. Scalloped Turkey 1V4 cups turkey 1 cups turkey gravy cracker buttered Seasoned crumbs (for seasoning use celery salt, poultry seasoning, pepper and garlic salt. Sprinkle bottom of buttered baking dish with seasoned cracker crumbs. Add turkey meat, pour on gravy, sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake until crumbs are browned. Pecan Dressing Balls with Turkey Slices 2 cups cooked instant rice 1 tsp salt 4) cup coarsely chopped pecans 1 tbs butter " 1 cup diet'd celery 1 tbs minced onion 2 eggs Vi tsp pepper Vi cup milk Melt butler in saucepan.
