The new 76,000 square foot office building will be the second complex of three ultimately planned for the park, 5288 South 300 West. The first building in the park is 38,000 square feet and already completely leased, said Hill. The estimated cost of the second phase, scheduled for II completion early next year, is $3.5 million. Interim financing is being supplied by Utah Mortgage & Loan, long term financing has not been secured yet. The new building will sit on part of the 6.6 acres set aside for Busch Park, said Hill. Phase III, another 15,000 square feet, will be located across the street from the other two buildings.
