DeGraff, Clara DeGraff, Charles Lehmberg, Paul E. Porter, Milan Allred and John N. Busk. Membership in the ILGC of Utah is required since the passage of a guarantee act by the 1974-7- 5 Utah Legislature. Rise The number of students enrolled in the University of Utah's Masters of Business Administration program has increased by 19 percent since the 1974-7- 5 school year and by 41 percent over the past ten years. There are currently 287 MBA students at the University compared to 233 a year ago and 168 in the 1965-6- 6 class.
