Show Page 12b The Enterprise Review, July Consumer Group Wants Regulation The Utility Consumer Action Group, Inc. has asked the Public Service Commission to reconsider its decision to not regulate utility advertising. The PSC decision, reached in was based on a recent U.S. Supreme Court Decision stating that advertising is protected by the First Amendment. In its motion for reconsideration, the Utility Con mid-Jun- e, sumer Action Group stated that it thinks the Supreme Court decision does not prevent the commission from reasonable regulamaking tions regarding advertising by utilities.
