Wayne Bentley, pre- sident of the Downtown Retail Merchants Association, has been elected as the first public member to the board of governors of the Intermountain Stock Exchange (ISE). At the annual meeting last week, the board voted to expand with an additional member who is not directly involved in the brokerage business.
