He will talk on the prin ciples of the Ten Command ments as they relate to youth guidance. The Ten Commandments pro gram is national in scope with the FOE. It was launched in 1953 in conjunction with the youth guidance program. The 1,900-poumonolith to be given here is 56 inches in height and 32 in width. It will be per manently mounted on a granite base.
