Ballard Double Ring LDS Ceremony Joins Joyce Nielson And Richard Ballard The Salt Lake LDS Temple was the setting for a double ring ceremony July 12 which united Miss Joyce Nielson and Richard O. Ballard. Pres. Wil-lar- d R. Smith officiated. A reception was held later honoring the couple at the Crestwood Villa. Mr. and Mrs. Marlin A. Nel-so5976 Lakeside Drive are the parents of the bride. Mr. and Mrs. Norman W. Ballard, 917 East Vine St., are the groom's parents. Attendants to the bride were her sisters, Mrs. Nola Ferran-do- , matron of honor, Mrs. Jean Houtz, Linda Nielson, junior bridesmaid, and Mrs. Helen a finger tip veil and carried a bouquet of three white Glame-lia- s trimmed with lemon leaf.
