Robinson Reports Year's Work Sunday, Jan. 21st Steve Pavicich Killed In Action telegram was received last Juretich from the navy department at Washington, D. C, stating that her son, Stephen Pavicich, had been killed in action. Steve was born at Casper, Wyo., on June 3, 1924, the son of Rolwrt and Mary Pavicich. His father died when Steve was about a year old and Mrs. Pavicich moved to Murray and later married John Juretich. Steve graduated from the Murray high school in 1942 and enlisted immediately in the U. S. navy. He was home on leave just recently. He is survived by his mother, his stepfather and one brother, Robert (Bob) Pavicich, also of the U. S. navy. Steve will be remembered by his many friends here as "the boy with the big smile."
