The article appearing In the News was Incorrect la so far as the position of the Citizens Committee is concerned and to clear this point the Committee wishes to say that: Whereas; The Murray City Power Plant has shown splendid earnings in addition to saving the citizens of Murray huge sums on their electric bills, and has attracted desirable industries and citizens to our city, we appreciate the advantages derived from the plant, and therefore stand for the following principles The safeguarding of the Power Plant including any needed re pairs and expansion.
