Morris Broad and Joseitli KoplowitK, Is shipping two carloads of I'tah eggs t New York markets weekly. The new plant, adjacent to the Murray .Mills, is modern in every resjieet and Is equipped with an cooling system. This cooling Is highly efficient and keeps system the eggs in perfect condition until shipment is made, Mir. Broad Haiti. As two cars are being loaded weekly, it is not necessary to keep eggs t in the cooler more than hours. Another modern feature of the new plant Is the system of convey-- j ors which facilitates handling and loading.
