UTAH Sandy LEAGUE TO HOLD OUT DOOR A The funeral services for Dell, the little two year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Severson who died Thursday April 21st, was held in the West Jordan Chapel Saturday at 2 p. m. under the direction of Bishop Wm. J. Leak, the sinking was furnished by the Ladies Quartette composed of Mrs. Albert Olsen, Mrs. Mark Gardner, Reta Cundick and Elsie Dahl. The songs were "Jesus Wants me for a Sunbeam" "Sweet Little Rosebud" "Sometime, Somewhere" "I'm a Pilgrim" and "Beautiful Zion Built Above." The speakers were James A. Bateman, W. W. Malstrom, Bishop Leak, Invocation C. I. Golf, benediction Albert Olsen, Interment in the West Jordan Cemetery under the direction of C. I. Goff. The floral offerings were profuse and beautiful. Epworth Leaguers have planned an outdoor meeting for Sunday ev eninff with Virginia Perry as leader. A LAID TO REST MONTHLY MEET Private, funeral services were held at South Jordan for Leonard Peterson, aged 12, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hen ry Peterson, Saturday, April 23rd. He died of heart trouble after diphtheria. Leonard has been a sufferer for years of heart trouble. The community gave testimony of their love and respect to the deceased and family at the services. The 5th grade and school mates of Leonard contributed a beautiful spray of flowers for their lost friend. He is survived by his parents and seven brothers and sisters.
