Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Downs and Mrs. Evan Ash-bboth of Murray; Mrs. Lloyd I. Bailey and Mrs. John L. New-somof Salt Lake; Mrs. J. F. Chappell, Bend, Ore.; five sons, Pleasant Paul Frod Madsen, Grove; Mathew D. and Lorenzo M. Madsen, of Murray; H. D. Madsen, Salt Lake, and Maylen C.
