Revised Ordinances of Murray 1911 in relation to Licenses, which shall read as followes to wit: Section 186x1. Contracting Electrician. It shall be unlawful for any person to commence or carry on the business of a contracting electrician without first obtaining u license so to do, for which lie shall pay into the city treasury the sum of twelve dollars per annum, payable quarterly in advance, and filing with the recorder a bond In the sum of One thousand dollars with corisjrate surety to be approved by the Mayor, conditioned that such licensee will well and faith fully oierve and obey any and all ordinances, rules and regulations of Murray pertaining to hl busi ness as such contracting electrician Section III. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall lie punished as pro vlded in Section 142 of Chapter XII of the Revised Ordinances of Murray City, 1911. Section IV. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it Is necessary to the iieuee, health and safety of the inhabitants of Murray City that this ordinance shall lie- come effective immediately. Section V.
