Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION Mount Pleasant City SANPETE COUNTY, STATE of UTAH WHEREAS, there is immediate and pressing need of raising funds for the purpose of acquiring, constructing and 'nstailir.g an additional lighting system sys-tem and works for the purpose of more adequately supplying said City and the inhabitants thereof with artificial ar-tificial light, which said lighting system sys-tem and works shall be owned and controlled by said City. NOW, THEREFORE. Notice is here-bv here-bv given that on Saturday, the 20th -lav of July. A. D.. 1929, a special election elec-tion will be held within the limits of said Mt. Pleasant City, Sanpete County, Coun-ty, Utah, for the purpose of submitting submit-ting to the qualified electors of said City, as shall have paid a property Lax therein in the year next preceding uch election, the following question, to-wit : OTTT?c:TTrw- "Shall the negotiable coupon bonds of Mt. Pleasant City. Sanpete San-pete County, Utah, in the sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000). payable serially, $4,000.00 in each of -the years 1935 to 19-14 inclusive, bea-ing interest at the rate of five and one-quarter per cent (5Vi per erntl per annum, pavable semi-annually, be issued and sold for the purpose of defraying the expense of acquiring, constructing and installing in-stalling an additional lighting system sys-tem and works for the purpose of more adequately supplying said City and the inhabitants thereof with artificial light, which said svstem and works shall be owned and controlled by said City?" At said election the form of ballot shall be substantially as follows: BOND ELECTION BALLOT I : I YES j I For the issue of Light Bonds NO 1 ! i ! If the voter desires to vote for tht ssuo of bonds, he shall place an "X" 'n the space after the word "YES." If he desires to vote against the issue :f bonds, he shall place an "X" in the pace after the word "NO." On the reverse side of said ballot ihall be the following: "Official ballot for Mt.
