People can help these animals, birds and fish by writing in a dollar amount on line 23c of the 2003 Utah State Income Tax form and donating that amount to the state's Wildlife fund. Utah taxpayers gave $46,842 last year. This money goes to the Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR) and is vital in helping the division manage Utah's nongame wildlife. "Almost all of the funding we receive comes to us through the sale of hunting and fishing licenses and taxes tied to the sale of hunting and fishing equipment," said Greg Sheehan, administrative services section chief for the DWR. "Because the money comes from these sources, it's used almost entirely to benefit wildlife that people can hunt or fish. 0-- Race at :00 a.m. Starting line at the intersection of 200 West 200 South in Mt.
