The payment set meet here - Funeral rites held for Mrs. Ruth Mrs. Ruth Ellis Dye, 73 died suddenly at her home Monday forenoon of a heart attack. She was bom June 2, 1887 in Spring City, a daughter of Joseph T. Ellis and Marsena Christensen Ellis. She was married to Robert J. Dye March 14, 1911 at Manti. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. Mrs. Dye has been a faithful member of the LDS church. She served as a Primary teacher, member of the ward choir, a Relief Society visiting teach er for many years and a wor ker in the ward auxiliary organizations. She was a member of the Canal Creek Branch of the DUP having served as a vice captain. With her husband they have served for some time in the Manti Temple accomplishing many Temple endowments. Heart ailment takes retired Fairview man Frank Zmerzlikar, 77, died Sunday at his home in Fairview of a heart ailment. He was born January 26, 1883, in Austria, a son of Jonon and Mary Marensch Zmersli-ka- r. He married Geneveine Stiptschitfch, April 6, 1914, in Salt Lake City. He had been a resident of the United States since 1909. He was a retired coal miner. Surviving are his widow of Fairview and the following sons and daughters, Mrs. Parcel, Marine Smerzli-ka- r, both of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Carline Miller, Edwin, both of Portland, Ore.; Phillip, San Francisco; Mrs. Victoria Austin, Murray; Robert, Helper. Also surviving are eighteen grandchildren and six grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in Price with burial in Price City Cemetery. ' He was born at Spring City May 30, 1896, a son of Orson and Lorena Allred. He moved to Nevada in 1924 and has resided there since. He was a cattleman and rancher in Nevada. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Olive Allred, Mountain City; a daughter by a former marriage, Mrs. James (Arcille) Baldwin.
