Show Chester Shower Honors Bridal Pair Visiting at the Stanley Jus-tensen Jus-tensen home Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Fowler and son of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Maxfield, Stockton, Utah, Mi. and Mrs. Dalmas Maxfield and children, Clover, Utah and Mrs. Maria Maxfield and daughter of Stockton, Utah. A motor trip was enjoyed up Ephraim canyon, over the Skyline Sky-line and down through Fairview canyon. Chester Couple Honored A shower was given in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Simmons at the Chester Amusement hail Wednesday, September 1. Frayne Christensen was master mas-ter of ceremonies and the program pro-gram was as follows: song, Toy Candland; duet, Colleen Bagnall and Carlann Peterson; accordion solo, Sherman Christensen; reading, Adella Candland; duet by Phlyn Shepherd and Agnes Draper; song by Utahna Bagnall; Bag-nall; song, Opal Scovil. Dancing was enjoyed for the remainder of the evening. The young couple received many beautiful and useful gifts. Mr. and Mrs. William Anderson Ander-son and children motored to Ferron Sunday to visit with relatives. Mrs. Lowell Martin entertained enter-tained at a birthday party September 3 for her daughter, Sherry Lee. Mrs. William G. Olsen and Miss Fern Olsen of Salt Lake city visited at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew C. Jensen and Bishop and Mrs. J. E. Jensen. Mrs. Otto Sudwceks and daughter Jean of Ephraim visited vis-ited friends and relatives in Chester last Thursday. Mrs. J. E. Jensen and Mrs. Andrew C. Jensen entertained at a picnic supper at the Mt. Pleasant power plant last Thursday Thurs-day in honor of Mrs. William (J. Olsen and Miss Fern Olsen of Salt Lake city. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Nyberg of Salt Lake city are visiting at the home of Mrs. Hannah Bag nail. Mrs. Nyberg Is the former Jean Bagnall.
