January Bishop Newel Frank Rees was released as bishop of Wales Ward after nine years of faithful service on Sunday evening at CSOCIAL EVENTS Mrs. Matilda Groner of Spring City will become 87 years of age on Wednesday. She was born February 6, 1887 in Spring City, a daughter of Andreas and Hannah Jensen Rasmussen. She attended the local schools and Snow Academy at Ephraim. She married Peter Frandsen, June 1909 in Salt Lake City. He died 1949. She later married Henry Groner, June 13, 1951. He died several years ago.
