Surviving children are Mrs. R. E. (Thelma) Jorgensen, Provo; Clarence M. Turpin, Jr., of Fairview; Boyd S. Turpin, Provo; Mrs. Vernon W. Survivors include three sons and a daughter: David William Cook, N. Blaine Cook, both of Bountiful; Mrs. DaCosta (Hazel Jean) Clark, Provo; and W. Grant Cook, Craig, Colo ; 29 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Mr. Cook wTas the father of Loyal B Cook, whose body was found in the wreckage of a plane on May 31, near Boulder, Colorado.
