The Springs Scout- Fairview Lunch Project Receives Tribute at State Meet in Price Special tribute was paid to the management and progress of the Fairview school lunch program by Rodney A. Ashby, superintendent of the school lunch program of the State of Utah, at the state meeting held at the Price Junior high school recently for school lunch supervisors. in Howell, Mrs. Hannah charge of the school lunch program in Fairview, spent the past week in Price where she took special training at Carbon Junior College.
