AAGARD DIES AT MORONI HIE Mrs. Christena Caroline- Jensen, A- a sard of Fountain Green, died at the home of . her daughter, Mrs. Delena Stevens, , Wednesday May 2nd alter buffering about three years from cancer Mi.5. Aagard was born in Denmark, February 14, 1856. She was one of the oldest pioneers of Moroni. She came to America when she was five years oi I age. She is survived by seven children I Mrs. John Syme, Mrs. Frank Jensen, ! Mrs. Delena Stevens and Delmar Jen-jsen, Jen-jsen, all of Moroni. She also leaves "twenty seven great grand childicn and 'two great grand children, j She was married to Andrew Jensen ;in th? endowment house at Salt Laks May 19. 1873. Her husband diel February Feb-ruary 22. 1901, she later married, Andrew J. Aagard, of Fountain Green, March 1921, he died December 24, 192i. The B. P. W. Club, of Nephi, entertained enter-tained at a banquet in honor of th ..-lubs from Gunnison, Manti. Ephraiuj , Mt. Pleasant, and Provo at the Forest hotel, Thursday evening, a very enjoyable en-joyable time was had. Those attending attend-ing from the local B. P. W. Club, were Mrs. Marjorie Brom. Mrs. Ada Blackham, Black-ham, Miss Ruth Wall, Miss Ada Mc Arthur, and Mrs. Dr. Holman. |
