In 18 66 he went to the Missouri river after emigrants em-igrants and moved to Fairview in 1869 where he has since made hit home. He married Christina Anderson Ander-son January 2, 1867 at Mt. Anderson, Mrs. Shirley Turpin, Mr3 T. E. Vance, James Peterson and Edward Ed-ward Peterson, besides his wife tnd children, 61 grand children anc 29 great grand children. Christian Peterson was a useful and well respected citizen of the com munity having held both civic and religious' re-ligious' positions.
