Show FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR MARTIN A. TAYLOR Funeral Services for Mairtin A. Taylor age 62 years, of Freedom were held Saturday April 2 6th at the Tabernacle. Tab-ernacle. The hymns were beautifully sung by Miss Edna Hardy, Mrs. Austin. Aus-tin. Guerrell, Mrs. Ernest Anderson, Miss Delphia Reese, Nathaniel Edmunds, Ed-munds, Alfred Reese, and Jabez Faux. The opening prayer was offered by Elder Andrew Jensen. The speakers were Ephraim Nelson, Jabez Faux Jr., Bishop Orlando Bradley, Soren Neilson of Moroni, and Alfred Reese of Wales, Bishop Lee Taylor presided. presid-ed. Mr. Taylor died Wednesday after an illness with nephritis. He was the father of 8 children. Six of whom survive him also his wife Mrs. Mrs. Mary D. Draper Taylor. Hia children are Franklin A., Wm. M., HalerL., and Glen D. Taylor, Mrs. Portor Covington of Salt Lake, Mrs. Earl Livingstone of Ft. Green. One twite had preceded him to the grave. Out of town relatives, who came to attend the fueral were: James Chace and family of Nephi, Mrs. Wm. Spery of Nephi, Mrs. Maria Clinger, Mrs. Joh K. Madsen of Mt. Pleasant, Allien Madsen of Mt. Pleasant and Ephraim Madsen of Fafrview. Many beautiful flowers were given by relatives and friends. Mr. Taylor left seven grand chidren, two brothers broth-ers and five sisters. The benediction was offered by Jabez Faux,' Jr., and the grave was dedicated by Elder Joseph H. Draper. |
