Show CELEBRATES G9TII BIRTHDAY Pres. C. N. Lund celebrated tlie anniversary of his 6 9th birthday, Wednesday evening at his home in this city. It was intended merely as a family gathering and remembrance of this happy event in the Lund family. fam-ily. His daughter, Mrs. M. C. Petersen, Peter-sen, served a fine dinner at the home. There 'were present at party Pres. and Mrs. Adolph Merz, Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Petersen, Mrs. Oscar Christensen Christen-sen of Ephraim, C. N. Lund, Jr., Editor Ed-itor and publisher of the Salina Call, Mr. and Mrs. George Larsen, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Lund, Hans L. Lund, Sr., Miss Cleo Lund and Miss Annie Johansen. Jo-hansen. Pres. Lund has been one of Mount Pleasant's most active men in public pub-lic life. He is so well known through out North Sanpete and also the greater great-er portion of the state that what we could say at this time would add but very little to bring his strong personality person-ality before the people. His name is known as a man of activities and usefulness use-fulness by the people of this valley from their childhood up. And it is the wish of the Pyramid as well as many of the people that many more happy events may be added to the life of Pres. Lund. |
