| Show COUNTY convention WELL WE LL ATTENDED NEW OFFICERS NAMED the morgan county farmers convention held last friday and saturday was well attended by both the men and women of morgan county the programs at all sessions proved to be very interesting and instructive president M J davies of the farm bureau organization reported that all speakers provided for the program were present and a variety of subjects were discussed the program included dairy pastures discussed by george bateman of the dairy experiment farm poultry management by professor byron alder home health control measures by dr ethelyn greaves distribution of irrigation water by professor george D clyde activities of utah poultry association by ray P lund state seed and weed problems by commissioner david F smith and the state and national farm bureau program by tracy R welling secretary utah state farm bureau following the afternoon session on friday the county farm bureau directors held their election meeting and elected the following officers M J davies president den carl phillips vice president and joseph reese secretary |
