QUESTIONS ANDANSWERS Guardianship, Sunday morning Willard and Dathel drove to SLC where Dathels mother, Juanita Chariesworth joined them and they drove to the North Pirk Ward of the Salt Lake Stake to attend church services. The Higgs famfiy joined them there. Willard and Dathel were made very proud to see their son, Ray W. Whitaker sustained and set apart as the new Bishop of the Northpoint Ward. His new counselors are Kent R. Nelson and Randolph E. Steinson. We congratulate Bishop Whitaker on this new and important calling. On June 24th through 26th Kanosh girls attended the Fillmore Stake girls camp at Pahvant Guard Statioa up Kanosh Canyon. At the camp each girl certified. Because of points given in all categories Kanosh Ward was given 1st place and presented a Urge Dutch Oven to add to their pennenant camping gear. The girls leaders Lilly Whitaker and Jody Christensen along with all the Ward members are proud of the accomplishments of these grls. |
