Ive heard women need additional calcium after menopause. If so, would you recommend I take calcium tablets since I dont drink much milk? Its fairly common for women past menopause to need more calcium in their diet. The most sensible and natural way to get this extra calcium is through food. If you dont care for milk, eat such milk as substitutes cheese, yogurt and ice cream. Canned salmon with bones is another good source of calcium. known who to have performed swum the the feat English in Channel August, was 1875.
