This time of the year it is so easy to he worried and troubled and far to busy which leaves us with no peace Jesus tells a story in Luke “Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Ihm into her house And she had a sister called Mary who also sat at Jesus feet and heard His word But Martha was distracted with much serving and she approached Him and said "Lord do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? 1 herefore tell her to help me" And Jesus answered and said to her "Martha Martha But one thing is you are worried and troubled about many things needed and Mary has chosen that good part which will not betaken away from her" Have you chosen the good part? Or are you distracted and to busy to sit at the feet of Jesus? le is our peace! “Peace leave with you My peace give to you not as the world gives do give to you Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid John 14:27” Spend quality time each day with Jesus in His word and in prayer and remember what this time of the year is really all about Don't be worried about anything and don't let yourself be distracted from Jesus Just be at peace! like what heard one pastor “ have so much to do am going to have to pray for at say today least 3 hours in order to get it all done Jesus will help you get it done if you will just spend time with Him Pastor Kathy Mincer FAITH CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OF DELTA 351 South 100 West Delta I tab 84624 |
