Management Program Hawkins said that before the new statement is written the public and federal state and local agencies will be given the opportunity to identify and discuss significant issues to the Brushwellman Road (the 1PP turnoff) State officials said this week that 105 miles of the highway inside Delta City will be widened to accommodate four traffic lanes plus a median From the Delta City limns north to the Brush Wellman Road (the IPP turnoff) the road will be widened from its current 28 feet to 40 feet which will accommodate two traffic lanes with t paved shoulders The entire section of highway will be resurfaced for additional strength to handle the increased traffic into IPP and to extend the life of the road Work is expected to extend into the fall and considerable project area Work w ill also be done on extending the ends of pipes wlikh cross beneath the road and installing additional pipes for improved drainage The project will take until the fall to complete and will cause major traffic interference and at times only traffic will be allowed through the construction area Work has already been done on previous contracts to widen and improve the road on
