employment Dallen has been the County Executive Director of the ASCS office for Duchesne County located in Roosevelt for the past two years and the County Executive Director in Kane County for five years prior to that ASCS across the employees country belong to an employees’ known as the National organization Association of ASCS County Office Each state (NASCOE) Employees also has a state affiliate of the national association Dallen has been active in both the state and national associations in various serving capacities and was honored at the National association’s annual convention
