Julie and David Johnson and children Lana and Doc Meinhardt and family have moved into their new home they just built on their farm to the west It seems that we have a cycle of worries It seems puzzling at times The that same troubles and difficulties worry us at one time do not so much worry us at another The problems that cause sleeplessness at one time do not seem so much to do at another time The change is often in us more than in external events A physical sympton concern about a loved one concern about ourselves may run from optimism to deep depression with about the same circumstances except within ourselves When we worry we are less efficient We contribute to the cause and slow down the cure Whatever the cause we should do what we can do and not just brood and wonder and hope our worry will go away If we are young and worry about the future we should study and prepare and make ourselves as competent as we can Whatever our worries we should not is brood in the dark Darkness dangerous physically emotionally and mentally dangerous We sould take our worries out and look at them in the light seperate facts from fears think things through and not imagine the worse on a sleepless night We need faith and facts and good common sense to life us from the down days and the darkness remembering the discouragement and depression often comes from the distortion of darkness My philosophy has always been and will continue to be where there is light there is hope and when it is dark gloom grows stronger Melvin and Carmen Hepworth Michael and Elaine Rose and family Heber
