will still be held on 15 June 1985 but Saturday registration time has been changed to pm with activities scheduled to begin at 1:30 pm and will last until 7 pm It will be held at the Fillmore back of the County City Park Courthouse All Cub Scouts and their leaders are invited Each is to bring a clean to have cotton and polyester the circus theme logo stamped on it Also please bring a sack lunch Youth Representative Nathan displayed the qualities of service and citizenship they felt best represent a National Youth Nathan is the son of Dennis and Susan Stefanoff and the brother of Natalie and Patrick Jason Briana Stefanoff Nathan was born in 1976 so his parents named his after Nathan in Hale hopes that he would use the life of Nathan Hale as an example for his own life He has earned his Wolf Badge and 3 arrow points and is now working on his Bear His pack earned the Honor Unit Award in 1984 Last year on the 4th of July Nathan and his den marched behind the Boy Scout Float in the Delta City Parade as the Honor Unit He is an outstanding student at the He helped Delta South Elementary collect Campbell Soup labels for the school to earn equipment Nathan helps in the lunch room at school and is often called on to help with papers in the supply room because heis very dependable and good about completing his work He was recently named Citizen of the Month from his class Nathan is always willing to help everyone He and his family did a sub for Santa to help out a needy family He helped his grandmother clean and organize her home before she went on vacation While his sister had rheumatic fever he helped cheer her up and picked up her work from school for her He gathers cans where ever he goes thereby cleaning up the environment and always tries to leave camping and picnic sites cleaner than he Nathan Stephanoff finds them He helped out at a baseball last year by picking up tournament wrappings and other garbage from his stand the concession around reward was a popsicle and his comment was “It was fun glad to heln out” Nathan loves animals and helps out at home with the horses ducks rabbits and bulls Horses are his great love He collects model horses and would like to someday own Clydesdales like his grandfather did He is saving his money to buy a llama He plays soccer and little league baseball Playing the piano and oil painting are two talents he is working at
